We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

Mockado is an AI-powered mockup generation service that transforms screenshots and images into professional device mockups. The Service uses artificial intelligence to process your uploaded images and generate mockup variations based on your selected options.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Credits & Payments

Credit System: Mockado operates on a credit-based system. Each mockup generation consumes credits from your account balance.

Purchasing Credits: Credits can be purchased through our payment processor, Stripe. All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital services and AI processing costs, purchased credits are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for technical issues that prevented service delivery.

Credit Expiration: Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, generate, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Create deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content intended to deceive or defraud
• Generate content depicting minors in inappropriate contexts
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security features of the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Overload or interfere with the Service's infrastructure

We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the images you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process your images solely for the purpose of generating mockups.

Generated Mockups: You own the mockups generated from your uploaded content and may use them for personal or commercial purposes.

Our Service: Mockado, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Mockado uses artificial intelligence to generate mockups. While we strive for high-quality results:

• AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected or imperfect results
• Generated mockups are provided "as is" without guarantees of fitness for specific purposes
• You are responsible for reviewing generated content before use
• We do not guarantee that generated mockups will meet your specific requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mockado and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or technical failures
• Content generated by the AI system
• Actions of third-party services we integrate with

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mockado and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Content you upload or generate
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical issues or outages
• Third-party service disruptions
• Circumstances beyond our control

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Any reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused credits are generally non-refundable upon termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
